We currently ship within the United States only.


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


🕓 Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Jouvence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.

📭 Lost or Damaged Packages
